We Offer Free Shipping on all orders of $250 and above, Below of this we charge Flat Fee of $10

Shipping Notice for Promotional Orders
Please note that all orders placed during promotional offers, sales events, or special promotions may experience longer-than-normal processing and shipping timeframes. While we work hard to fulfill every order as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee our standard processing and shipping timelines during high-volume promotional periods.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us at: hello@dermabeautystore.com, if you decide to cancel the order. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have already been shipped.
Backorders
All orders that contain an item on backorder may take up to 2-4 weeks to fulfill depending on the brand. Please notify us by email at hello@dermabeautystore.com if you no longer wish to wait and we can cancel/refund your order. We apologize for the inconvenience in advance.
Please note that during periods of unusually high order volume, particularly for specialty brands such as Environ Skincare, Face Reality, and SkinBetter Science, processing and delivery times may be extended. In these cases, orders may take 7–14 business days from fulfillment to delivery. This extended timeframe only applies when order volumes are exceptionally high, and most orders will arrive within our standard shipping timeframe listed above.
CHANGE ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER
If you would like to change your address, you will need to contact us at: hello@dermabeautystore.com, and update us with the new delivery address. After the order is shipped, we will no longer be able to change the shipping address.
DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGES
Please check all items thoroughly after receiving them. Sometimes your items may be damaged in transit. When this happens, we just need you to send an email and damage photos within 5 days of the shipping date. Any damaged or missing items reported after 5 days will not be refunded.
